This low-impact group exercise uses movements that are performed slowly, with relaxing music playing in the background. This class demonstrates the form so participants can follow along as a group. Forms include energy and breathing exercises (Qi Gong), Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis 1&2 Protocol, Yang 24 (Simplified). Seated versions of the forms are also taught as an alternative to standing.
